Elder Costa and Elder Pingree of the Seventy!!!
Hello sunshine. The world says hello!!!!! This week was amazing!! To start this last Monday we did a zone activity where we played in the gym here. We played soccer and ultimate frisbee. It was super fun. I think me and Elder Mcdonald were the most into it. We scored a lot haha. Not to brag. 😄
We were able to teach Cheryl on Tuesday and Friday this week. We taught here the Word of Wisdom and Law of Chastity. We are going by tonight to teach about Tithing. She's progressing really well!! We are hoping to have her baptismal interview tomorrow as well. We think she'll be ready to be baptized my Saturday for sure. She said there's nothing holding her back.
On Thursday we had Elder Costa and Elder Pingree of the Seventy come to the mission. We had 3 zones get together to come and listen to them. Lancaster Zone, East Lancaster, and Palmdale Zone. It was super awesome!! It was about a 6 hour meeting, with a lunch break in between of course. It was a lot of sitting but very spiritual. They are both powerful speakers. Sister Costa spoke as well. She warned us about her broken english because her and Elder Costa both have thick accents haha.
It was an awesome week and I am always excited and thankful to here about all of yours! Thank you for all your support and love as always!! Love ya!!!
